Temporary or permanent spoofer
A one-time permanent swap or a subscription for a set period depends on the specific product, not on the game as a whole. Permanent Spoofer for RUST and Permanent Spoofer for Fortnite reset your HWID once, with support for specific motherboard brands (MSI, Gigabyte, ASROCK), and that is it: there is nothing to renew.
The other spoofers each take their own approach. Tetracyclyne for RUST, PUBG and Apex requires a clean Windows reinstall and an IP change on every activation. SHIELD and TitanX for RUST need no Windows reinstall at all, and SHIELD markets itself as a "2-click" activation. Tetracyclyne for Arena Breakout Infinite also clears an ACE HWID ban without a reinstall, even though it shares a brand name with the RUST/PUBG/Apex version that has different requirements. Always check the specific product page for what your spoofer actually needs, averaging across products does not work here.
