Privacy Policy

1. Who processes the data

Data controller: the administration of procheat.pro ("we", "Administration"). Contact us at admin@procheat.pro or through the chat on the Support page.

This Policy applies to every visitor of the site and every buyer of the digital goods listed on it. By using the site you accept this Policy. If you disagree with it, stop using the site.

2. What data we receive

There is no account or sign-up form on the site. Data reaches us in the following cases.

1. Purchase. Payment and delivery go through the Digiseller (Oplata.info) payment service. You enter your e-mail address, payment method and payment details on the Digiseller side. We receive a notification about the payment: order number, product, amount and currency, a masked and hashed e-mail address, a hashed buyer IP address and the payment time. The full e-mail address and payment details are not stored on our server.
2. Support chat. Messages you send to operators through the Talk-Me widget or the Chatbro public chat, plus a name, e-mail address or messenger handle if you provide them yourself. Messages sent to our Telegram bot and VK group fall into the same category.
3. Reviews. The name or nickname, rating and text of a review you leave on a product page. Reviews are published after moderation.
4. Site search. Search query text and "I want a cheat for this game" votes. Queries are stored without a link to a specific visitor.
5. Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, landing page, referrer, advertising campaign tags (utm, yclid), the Metrica counter identifier, pages viewed and actions on them. This data is collected automatically by the server and analytics counters.

We do not collect passport data, health data, biometrics or other special categories of data. If you sent such information to the chat by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.

3. Why we need the data

1. To deliver the purchased key, confirm the payment and help with order issues.
2. To answer questions in the chat and handle replacement or refund requests.
3. To show buyer reviews and protect them from manipulation.
4. To count traffic, see which pages and products visitors are interested in, and improve the site and catalog.
5. To measure advertising: match a purchase with the campaign that brought the visitor.
6. To protect the site from bots, DDoS attacks and fraudulent orders.
7. To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Legal grounds: performance of the contract when you buy (items 1, 2), your consent when you contact the chat or post a review (items 2, 3), our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site (items 4, 5, 6). We do not send newsletters or unsolicited marketing messages.

4. Cookies and counters

The site uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage). Language switching, the support chat and bot protection do not work without them. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features will stop working.

Third-party services connected to the site set their own cookies and receive technical data about the visit:

• Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), including Webvisor session replay and click maps. Recordings are anonymised; input fields in the chat and forms are not recorded. Service policy: yandex.com/legal/confidential. You can opt out with the Metrica blocker.
• Botfaqtor: bot and click-fraud protection. Analyses visitor behaviour and technical browser parameters.
• Talk-Me and Chatbro: chat widgets. They store a conversation identifier so the chat history survives page navigation.
• DDoS-Guard: content delivery network and site protection. It sees the IP address and request headers of every visitor.

These services process data under their own rules. We pass them only what the feature needs and never the contents of orders.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties for advertising. Data is accessible only to:

1. The Digiseller (Oplata.info) payment service, to the extent needed to accept payment and deliver the product. Its policy: digiseller.ru.
2. Developers of the software whose keys you buy, when a purchase has to be confirmed to activate or replace a key. The order number and the key are passed, not your personal data.
3. The services listed in section 4, for technical data about the visit.
4. The hosting provider and the DDoS protection service whose servers host the site.
5. Government authorities upon a lawful, substantiated request.

6. How long we keep data

• Payment notifications: 3 years from the purchase date, to resolve disputed orders and keep accounts.
• Support chat history: up to 2 years, then deleted or anonymised.
• Reviews: while the product is listed on the site or until you ask us to delete the review.
• Search queries and analytics data: anonymised, retention set by Yandex Metrica (2 years by default).
• Server logs with IP addresses: up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

1. find out what data of yours we hold and get a copy;
2. ask us to correct inaccurate data;
3. ask us to delete data when it is no longer needed for the order and we are not required by law to keep it;
4. withdraw consent, for example delete your review or chat history;
5. opt out of statistics collection through browser settings or the Metrica blocker.

Write to admin@procheat.pro from the address used for the purchase or request, or use the support chat. We reply within 10 business days. To confirm that the request comes from the data owner we may ask for the order number.

8. How we protect data

The site works over HTTPS only. Buyer e-mail and IP addresses are stored as a hash and a mask, not in plain text. Access to the site control panel is limited to the Administration and protected by a password. Payment details never pass through our server at all: Digiseller handles them.

No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will announce it on the site and, where possible, contact you directly.

9. Age of users

The site is intended for persons over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you learn that a child has given us data without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The site links to Telegram, VK, YouTube, software developers' sites and the payment service. We are not responsible for data collection on those resources; they have their own privacy rules.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. A new version takes effect once published on this page; the revision date is shown at the top. Significant changes are also announced in our Telegram channel.
