Why Apex Legends needs a Windows reinstall and an IP change
Apex is guarded by EAC, and it spreads the ban across layers: the account, the hardware and the address. The anti-cheat holds some markers in the system itself, so an upgrade over old Windows won't erase them — only a clean reinstall does. At the same time the ban sits on your IP and subnet, so from the old address a fresh account gets shut in the lobby. The spoofer strips the hardware layer, the reinstall clears the system leftovers, the IP change closes the address. A full unban lands when all three steps are done, not just one.
