Why PUBG needs a Windows reinstall and an IP change
PUBG is watched by BattlEye, and it applies the ban across several layers at once: the account, the hardware and the address. The anti-cheat leaves some markers in the system itself, so an upgrade over old Windows won't clear them — only a clean reinstall does. At the same time the ban holds onto your IP and subnet, so from the old address a fresh account gets shut at the lobby door. The spoofer strips the hardware layer, the reinstall wipes the system leftovers, and the IP change closes the address. A full unban only lands once all three steps are done.
