Medusa stands out from the competition with its Anti-Spy feature. The algorithm reads the server state and, if it detects that someone is watching you (Spectator/Admin mode), it instantly shuts off the visual features and Aimbot. This unique solution for an Unturned cheat lets you avoid manual bans from moderators, who often catch cheaters by watching their "unnatural" behavior through walls.
Grabbing items by hand in Unturned is slow and tedious. The Auto Loot feature solves that. The program automatically "vacuums up" items within range, filtering them according to your settings.
