Four games are covered right now. Tarkov gets two builds plus a standalone spoofer: RAGE with silent aim, radar and auto-loot, and LITE for quieter play. DayZ has a full version with aimbot and loot through walls alongside a visuals-only Lite. Deadlock and Unturned round it out, adding anti-spy and weather control on top of the usual set.

Medusa builds software for survival and extraction games, where a mistake costs you the whole run. That shapes the priorities: information first rather than shooting for its own sake. Player, zombie and animal ESP, loot through walls with filters, and a radar in the Tarkov RAGE build.
A separate product for Tarkov. A regular spoofer hands out a random HWID on every launch; here you supply your own SEED phrase and the hardware fingerprint comes out the same every time. After a reinstall or a move to another PC you can restore the exact same fingerprint instead of starting over.
