User information

The radar client starts from the SOFT HUB loader, and the loader runs from a USB flash drive, not from your PC's disk. Any stick will do, you just copy the file onto it. No spare stick? A virtual drive made in OSFMount works too. Once the radar starts, the loader gives you a map link to open in a browser on whatever's at hand or send to friends.

  • Gaming PC: Windows 10 build 2004 or later, or Windows 11 from 21H2 to 26H2; Tarkov from Steam or the BSG Launcher.
  • Map screen: any phone, tablet, nearby laptop or extra display with an up-to-date browser.
  • Radar interface language: Russian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish or Chinese.

On startup the loader installs its own driver, and antivirus software may delete it as a threat. So before launching, pause Kaspersky or whatever antivirus you run and switch off Windows real-time protection. The loader link and your key go to the email from your order, so double-check the address. If BSG ships a patch and the radar goes in for an update, your remaining days are frozen until the fix.

Description

The SOFT HUB radar for Tarkov draws the whole map from above on a screen of its own: your phone, a tablet, a laptop or a spare monitor. A client runs on the gaming PC, the loader hands you a link to the map, and it opens in a browser, so not a single marker shows up in the Escape from Tarkov window. You see PMCs with their names and guns, Scavs, cultists, bosses with their guards, high-value loot, the state of every extract and your quest objectives.

There's no aimbot, it's pure information. What you do get is a warning when someone aims at you, a threat list of every enemy and a raid planner that shows which tasks this raid can close. You can share the link with your squad, and each friend can switch to their own view. Below: how it differs from an in-game ESP, how the quest tools work, squad play, phone and stream use, and getting connected after you pay.

Product features

Players

PMCs and Player Scavs

USEC, BEAR and Player Scavs each get their own marker and color. PMCs and Player Scavs sit on separate layers, so you can keep only PMCs on screen or the other way round.

Name and distance

Every marker carries the player's name and range in meters. You can tell who is pushing through Ultra and how far they are from your entrance.

Height difference

When a target is 2 m or more above or below you, a ▲ or ▼ appears with the exact gap. In the Customs dorms you stop guessing which floor the camper is on.

Weapon in hand

The label shows what the player is carrying: an SMG for close quarters or a bolt-action. That decides whether you take the fight or go around.

Line of sight

A line runs from the marker in the direction the player is looking. Length goes from 25 to 200 m: short keeps the screen clean, long shows which lane a sniper on Lighthouse is holding.

AI, bosses and guards

AI Scavs

Regular AI Scavs have a layer of their own, so you never mix them up with a Player Scav.

PMC bots

USEC and BEAR bots are marked apart from real PMCs. In a gunfight you know whether you're up against a script or a person.

Cultists

The cultists that come out at night on Customs, Woods and Shoreline show up well before they get within knife range.

Raiders and Rogues

Raiders in the Reserve bunkers and Labs and Rogues at the Lighthouse water treatment plant are tagged by type. You know in advance where not to go solo.

Bosses and guards

Bosses are labeled by name: Reshala, Killa, Tagilla, Glukhar, Sanitar, Kaban. Guards get their own marker, so you see the boss and how many men are with him.

AI layers and sight lines

Bots get sight lines too, and every AI type lives on its own layer. Leave only the bosses on and switch the rest off.

Aim warning

Who's aiming at you

The radar notices when a player or bot lines up on you. Their marker turns red, the sight line extends, and a dashed line runs to your position.

Alert banner

"{name} is aiming at you" pops up with distance and weapon. On a phone a dot lights up on the tab, even if you're looking at the loot list.

Angle and range

Trigger angle goes from 5 to 45°, range from 25 to 1000 m or unlimited. A narrow angle only catches a precise aim, a wide one warns you earlier.

Threats and player actions

Threat list

Every enemy player and boss in one panel: name, side (USEC, BEAR or Scav), distance, height, weapon. Sort by threat, distance or name.

List tags

Names carry "Aiming" and "Tracking" tags. A click selects a player, a double click starts tracking them.

Tracking

The camera locks onto the chosen player and keeps them centered wherever they go.

Color mark

Six colors: the marker changes color and gets a ring around it. Handy for flagging the guy who already killed you once on Interchange.

View as player

Pick a player and distances plus aim warnings are measured from them. That's how a friend on your link puts the focus on themselves and gets the radar from their own point of view. A button on the top bar switches back.

Tooltip and card

On PC player info pops up on hover; on a phone it opens as a card on tap.

Loot

Value colors

Four tiers: common, good, rare and top. You set the ruble thresholds and colors, so a LEDX or a GPU glows differently from bolts and nuts.

Labels and price

Items show their name, price or both. Price source is best offer, flea or trader, whichever you prefer to count by.

Minimum price

Threshold from 10K to 500K ₽ with quick presets at 10K, 50K, 100K, 200K and 500K. Cheap junk simply isn't drawn.

Loot radius

0 to 600 m, presets at 50, 100, 200 and 400 m. Short inside a building, longer on open maps.

Categories

Filters for valuables, meds, keys and quest items. Quest items stay visible even when everything else is hidden.

Height arrows

Loot above or below you gets an arrow. In multi-level Labs you know right away whether to go up or down.

Smart clusters

When lots of items sit close together they merge into one bubble with a count. Hover to see the five priciest, click to zoom in. Clusters near you open on their own, within a radius you set from 0 to 60 m.

Item rules

Per-item rule

Any item can be set to always show, notify or hide.

Spawn alerts

When a wanted item turns up in the raid, a popup shows its name, distance and price. Saves a lot of running when you're hunting one specific part for a craft or quest.

Loot list

All raid loot in one list with search, categories and price sorting. Click a row and a route to the item appears.

Containers, bodies and BTR

Containers

Crates get a color of their own. Several of them in one spot show as "Box ×N" instead of a pile of icons.

Bodies

They stay on the map after a fight, so you can come back for the gear.

BTR

The BTR on Streets and Woods shows its heading and distance. Pick its icon from five: BTR, tank, truck, car or jeep.

Extracts

Extract status

Each exfil shows its state: open, conditional, counting down or closed.

Secret extracts

Marked separately so you don't run right past them.

PMC and Scav layers

PMC and Scav extracts are on different layers. On a Scav run you turn on only yours.

Extract list

Filter by all, PMC or Scav and sort by distance, so the closest one is always on top.

Route to extract

Pick an extract and a line leads to it with the meters left.

Quests

Active quests

The tasks you have right now, with progress that updates live during the raid.

Objective checklist

Each task lists its steps, items to hand in (have vs need, FIR flagged) and the keys you'll need to get through the door.

Raid planner

Sorts tasks into groups: can finish this raid, ready to hand in, still need to find, on other maps. You see at a glance what this raid can close and what's waiting on other maps.

Markers and route

Quest points and zones are drawn on the map, and a line leads to the nearest objective. Less time on the wiki looking for the right office on Streets.

Map and camera

All maps

Every map in the game is supported, Labyrinth included. The right one loads by itself as soon as the raid starts.

Floors

The floor is picked automatically from your height, or you switch it by hand. Other levels fade to 25%, so the basement doesn't blend into the roof.

Camera modes

Follow yourself, rotate the map with your view direction, or use a free camera you move around.

Zoom

Scale goes from 20 to 350%, the wheel zooms toward the cursor, pinch works on a phone. Separate buttons fit the map to the screen and re-center it.

Distance rings

Up to six rings from 5 to 2000 m, with labels and a color of your choice. A quick read on whether a shot will reach.

Hearing radius

A circle around you shows how far footsteps carry. Anyone inside it you can probably hear, and they can hear you.

Map look

The map is tinted to match your theme, and its opacity goes from 10 to 100%.

Route to anything

A line with distance can lead to any loot, extract, quest or the BTR.

Interface and controls

Raid header

Map name, PMC, Player Scav and AI counters, plus a compass. Drag it anywhere and scale it from 0.75 to 1.8×.

Focus mode

V hides everything except the map itself.

Desktop panels

Dock them left, right, top or bottom, or let them float. Resize with the mouse.

Mobile layout

Bottom tabs, a pull-out drawer and gestures. Easy to keep the radar on your phone next to the keyboard.

Hotkeys

F track, R rotate, G free camera, C fit map, V focus, [ and ] hide the left and right panels, H help, Esc close.

Appearance

Themes and fonts

10 themes (4 light, 6 dark) and 11 fonts. UI scale 80 to 130%, normal or compact density.

FPS cap

Off, 120, 60 or 30. On a weak laptop or a phone, 30 is plenty and the battery lasts longer.

Marker shapes

Each type gets its own look. Players: classic, drop, arrow, view cone or beam. Objects: circle, square, diamond, triangle, hexagon, star, chevron or cross.

Fill and icons

Fill: solid, no outline, soft or outline only. Direction: wedge, arrow, line or none. Icons: exit, plus or exclamation mark, size 3 to 12.

Color presets

Theme, classic radar, colorblind-safe, vivid and threat focus. Save your own combo as a marker set, switch between sets and delete the ones you don't need.

Player marker

Marker size and the length and width of the direction arrow are set separately.

Labels

Plain text or on a plate, size 80 to 140%. Overlapping labels hide themselves, and text and outline colors are yours to pick.

Settings and connection

Settings export

Your config saves to an encrypted file and moves to another PC or phone. Reset a single tab or everything at once.

Six languages

Russian, English, Chinese, Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese.

Streamer mode

"Hide names" swaps nicknames for roles, so nobody's name leaks on stream.

Radar link

Once the radar starts, the loader hands you a link to the map. Open it on any device and send it to your squadmates. The connection is encrypted and comes back by itself if it drops.

Known issues & fixes

Real questions from our support, with the fixes that worked. Based on user requests for this product.

The radar shows "Waiting for host" instead of the map. What should I do?

It means the page from your link is open, but the radar client on your gaming PC hasn't connected yet. Run the SOFT HUB loader from the flash drive, log in and start the radar from it: the map appears by itself as soon as the client comes online.

If the message changes to "Host disconnected", the radar on the PC was closed or lost internet. Start it again from the loader and the page will wait for it to reconnect.

The radar map opened but it's empty: no players and no extracts

While you're in the game menu the radar has nothing to show: players, loot and extracts arrive when the raid starts, and the right map loads by itself. The extract list says so too: they "will appear once the raid starts".

If the raid is already running and the map is still empty, check the Layers tab. Every marker type has its own switch there, and a disabled PMC or extract layer is easy to miss.

The radar shows very little loot or none at all

Usually two filters cut the loot. Minimum price hides everything below the threshold (10K to 500K ₽), and loot radius hides items beyond the set distance (up to 600 m). Lower the threshold or raise the radius and the markers come back.

If the loot list is empty, the radar itself tells you what to adjust: the search, the category or the radius. Quest items are always visible, filters never hide them.

The "aiming at you" warning doesn't trigger

Check the alert angle and range in the settings. With a narrow 5–10° angle the radar only reacts to a precise aim, and a short range won't catch a sniper far away. On open maps widen the angle up to 45° and raise the range to 1000 m or remove the limit.

Another reason: "View as" is on for another player. The alert is then calculated for them, not for you. Press "Back to your view" on the top bar.

The radar mixes up floors: markers show on the wrong level

The radar picks the floor from your height automatically, but in tricky buildings like Labs or the Customs dorms you can choose it by hand. Other levels are dimmed to 25% rather than hidden.

To read an enemy correctly, look at the arrow next to the marker: a ▲ or ▼ with the gap in meters appears when the target is 2 m or more above or below you.

The radar tab says "No connection to server" or "Reconnecting…"

This is the radar telling you the device with the map has lost internet. Most often it's a phone switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data. The connection restores by itself, there's nothing to press.

If the message stays longer than a minute, check the network on that device and reload the page from the same link. The radar on your PC keeps running meanwhile.

Why did the software stop working right after a game update?

After every game update the software goes into a temporary "frozen" state until the developer adapts it to the new game version — this is normal and there is nothing you need to do.

While the status is "frozen", your remaining subscription time is paused, and the downtime is usually compensated. An update typically takes from a few hours up to a day.

When I enter my activation key it says the subscription is frozen — what does that mean?

It means the program is temporarily paused after a recent game update — it is not a problem with your key. Wait until the update is finished, then activate the key again.

Do not enter the key many times in a row: repeated attempts can trigger an automatic lock on the key that only support can remove. You can check the current status on the product page or with support.

How do I check whether my Windows version is supported, and what if my build isn't?

Press Win+R, type winver, and compare your version and build number with the supported list on the product page. If your build is newer than the listed maximum, the program will not run — support for new builds is added only after their official release, and Insider (beta) builds are usually not supported.

In that case, roll back or reinstall a supported official build. Use full editions of Windows 10/11 from an official source — stripped-down or modified builds often cause launch errors.

Loader hangs during loading or shows MPRC / DPRC error «previous load attempt was unsuccessful»

These errors indicate a previous load did not complete cleanly, or conflicting anticheat software is present on the system.

  • Uninstall Vanguard (Valorant Anti-Cheat) and FaceIt AC if they are installed.
  • Download the Sordum utility (available from technical support; archive password: sordum), run it, click «Search», and wait for it to finish.
  • Perform a full PC restart and make sure Windows Defender is disabled.
  • Launch the loader as Administrator.
Do I have to run the loader from a USB drive, and what kind of drive do I need?

Yes, running the loader from a USB drive is a required part of the protection setup — it lowers the chance of the program being flagged by anti-cheat. A regular flash drive works fine, nothing special is needed.

Once the game has launched successfully, you can remove the drive — the program will keep working. If you don't have a physical drive, it can be emulated with a virtual one: contact support and they will walk you through it.

Kaspersky or another antivirus is blocking the launcher — how to fix?

Third-party antivirus software (especially Kaspersky and Norton) conflicts with the launcher. You need to fully uninstall the antivirus — disabling it is not enough.

  • Uninstall Kaspersky / Norton via "Programs and Features" or the vendor's dedicated removal tool.
  • Restart your PC after uninstalling.
  • Make sure no antivirus components remain in the installed programs list.
  • Windows Defender is sufficient — disable real-time protection temporarily if prompted.
Can I move my key to another computer, and how do I reset the hardware (HWID) lock?

The key is bound to a single computer by its hardware, so it won't activate on a new machine on its own, and it can't be used on several computers at once.

To switch computers, contact support with your software login — the hardware lock will be reset manually, and you can then activate the key on the new machine.

My computer freezes or blue-screens while the software is running — what should I do?

First, update Windows to the latest supported build via Windows Update and restart your computer. Disabling the page file (virtual memory) in the system performance settings also helps.

Wait 10–15 minutes after turning the computer on before launching, so the system finishes its background initialization. If the problem persists, contact support and attach a video of the freeze — it speeds up diagnosis.

Launcher file won't download or is blocked by the browser

Some browsers have built-in protection that blocks downloading and running loader executable files.

  • Open browser settings and disable the built-in protection feature (e.g. Protect / Safe Browsing).
  • If the file still won't download from the main server, install the MEGA extension and download via it.
  • Note: each user gets an individual launcher file — it cannot be shared with others.
Loader shows an error on startup — do I need a VPN, and what to check in BIOS?

If the loader throws an error on startup, first try connecting a VPN — the VPN is only required during the download and activation stage; once the loader is running you can disconnect it.

If VPN does not help, check the following in BIOS and Windows settings:

  • Secure Boot must be disabled in BIOS.
  • Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) must be disabled. Find it in Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation.

After changing these settings, reboot and try launching the loader again.

Windows Defender flags the loader as a Trojan — is this normal?

Yes, this is a false positive. The loader is protected with obfuscation and VMProtect — standard anti-reverse-engineering measures that antivirus software often flags as suspicious. The file is safe. Before launching, disable real-time protection in Windows Defender and add the loader folder to exclusions.

The loader shows an error about the page file at startup — what should I do?

The error means an active page file (virtual memory) is blocking the loader. Disable it in the Windows performance settings: in the virtual memory options, uncheck automatic size management and set "No paging file" for every drive.

Save the changes, restart your computer, and launch the loader again.

I paid but it still says there is no payment — what should I do?

Sometimes the payment system needs a little time to confirm the transfer. Wait a few minutes — once the bank or payment provider sends confirmation, the payment status will update automatically.

If it is still not confirmed after 15–20 minutes, contact support and attach your payment receipt.

The game crashes, freezes, or the screen goes black while the software is running — what should I check?

A common cause is a conflict with third-party overlays — Steam, Discord, screen-recording tools, audio overlays, and similar utilities.

Disable all such overlays and unnecessary background programs before launching and try again.

At startup I get an error saying the anti-cheat driver is already loaded in the system — what should I do?

This happens when the game was launched before the loader. Fully close the game (use Task Manager if needed), start the loader, wait until it finishes loading completely, and only then open the game.

I forgot my account password for the software — how do I recover access?

You can't reset the password yourself through the website. Contact support and provide your purchase details so the operator can confirm the account is yours.

After verification, the operator will manually reset the password and send you a new one.

Tarkov web radar or in-game ESP: which one to pick

Both kinds of software show what a regular player can't see, but they deliver it differently. An ESP paints highlights straight onto the game image, while a radar moves the raid map to another device. That changes how you play, what a recording shows and how much information fits in front of your eyes.

If you'd rather see enemies right through your scope, SOFT HUB also has a separate ESP cheat for Tarkov. The radar is for players who want the whole map in their head: where a PMC squad is moving, where the BTR went and which extract is still open.

Tarkov quests on the radar

The quest side of the radar works on the current map and updates live during the raid. A task card shows the trader, progress on each objective and how far the next one is. If a door needs a key, it's named on the card itself, and hand-in items show as have / need, flagged FIR when the trader wants them found in raid.

The planner splits everything into four groups: can finish this raid, ready to hand in, still need to find, on other maps. The first group is the useful one. It holds tasks whose objectives are all on this map and whose items are already on you. Objective points and zones are drawn with the right floor, and a route line leads to the nearest one.

Quest items stay highlighted even when other loot is filtered out. When you're hunting a hard drive or a flash drive for Mechanic, the map doesn't drown in junk.

Aim warning and the threat list

In Tarkov you usually die at the moment someone is already lining you up while you're still looting a crate. The radar tracks where every player and bot is looking. If a barrel points at you within the angle and range you set, the enemy marker turns red, a dashed line runs to you and a banner pops up with their name, distance and weapon.

Tune it to how you play. A narrow 5–10° angle fires on a precise aim and rarely bothers you for nothing. A wide 30–45° warns earlier but reacts to anyone simply looking your way. For close fights on Interchange you can cut the range to a hundred meters; on Shoreline or Lighthouse raise it or drop the limit entirely.

The threat list puts enemy players and bosses in a single column with "Aiming" and "Tracking" tags. Double-click a row and the camera locks onto that player, the map follows them from there.

One link for the whole squad

Once the radar is running, the loader gives you a link to the map. Open it yourself on a phone or second monitor and drop it straight into your squad's Discord. Everyone opens the map in their own browser, on a PC or a phone, and watches the same raid live.

From there each player sets it up their own way. A friend in the same raid opens the menu on their own marker, picks "View as", and the radar behaves as if it were running for them: distances to enemies are measured from their position, and the alert fires when someone aims at them. Filters, theme and marker size are stored in each person's browser, so nobody messes up anyone else's setup.

In practice: you watch loot and extracts, your teammate across Interchange sees who just slipped behind them, and a third player keeps an eye on the threat list. Only one person needs a key, the one who runs the radar through the loader.

Phone, second monitor and streaming

No second computer required. The link from the loader opens in any modern browser: on a phone propped by your keyboard, a tablet, a laptop off to the side or a second monitor. The mobile layout is built for thumbs: tabs at the bottom, panels slide out as a drawer, the map moves with gestures, and the aim warning lights a dot on the tab even while you're browsing the loot list.

For streamers the key point is different. The radar never appears inside the game, so if you stream the Tarkov window, OBS and Discord streams carry a normal frame without markers. If you do put the radar itself on stream, "Hide names" swaps player names for roles.

The connection is encrypted, and the radar reconnects by itself if it drops. Until the radar is started from the loader on your PC, the map shows "Waiting for host", so you know right away where to look.

BattlEye: playing with a radar without asking for a ban

Tarkov runs BattlEye, and nobody who sells software for it can honestly promise you'll never get banned. The realistic goal is to cut out the things that usually get people caught. The radar has no aim assist, no snapping and no wallbangs, so to anyone watching you play like a sharp player who listens to footsteps. Nothing is drawn inside the game, which means clips and streams of your raids show nothing unusual.

The rest is up to you. Don't beeline toward a player three walls away, don't pre-aim a corner before anyone rounds it, and don't sprint across the map to a rare crate the second you spawn. People who play as if the radar weren't there catch fewer reports.

After big BSG patches the software gets re-tested, and the status on the product page tells you whether the radar is working or in for an update.

Buying and first launch

  1. Choose how long you want it and check out. Type your email carefully: procheat has no user account, the key and the loader link go straight to your inbox.
  2. Pause your antivirus and Windows real-time protection, then copy the loader file onto a flash drive. No folder needed; a data.bin file will appear next to it on its own.
  3. Run the loader from the stick as administrator and give it up to a minute to load. If you don't have an account yet, register: username in Latin letters, password of 8 to 25 Latin letters and digits. Log in, click "Activate key" and the radar is detected automatically.
  4. Start the radar from the loader and it gives you a link to the map. Open it on the device you'll watch on, and if you play in a squad, send it to your friends. Once the client connects, the map appears, and when the raid starts the right location loads.
  5. Go through the settings: loot price threshold, alert angle, theme and marker size. A finished config exports to a file and moves to another device.

If something won't start, the support chat on the site will walk you through it.

SOFT HUB Tarkov radar: questions and answers

Will it run on a phone?

Yes. The map opens from your link in a phone or tablet browser, with a touch layout: bottom tabs, a drawer and gestures. If your battery drains fast, set the FPS cap to 30.

Is there any aim in it?

None. You get players, bots, loot, extracts and quests, and your shooting stays entirely your own. Cheats with aim and ESP are in the main Tarkov section.

Which maps are supported?

Every location in the game, Labyrinth included. The right map and floor are picked automatically as soon as the raid starts.

Will my stream viewers see the radar?

Nothing gets drawn over Tarkov, so the game footage stays clean. If you show the radar itself to viewers, turn on "Hide names" and they'll see roles instead of names.

Does it work with Tarkov from Steam?

Yes, the radar works whether you bought the game on Steam or play through the BSG Launcher. The PC needs Windows 10 build 2004 or later, or Windows 11 from 21H2 to 26H2.

What if a patch breaks it?

If a game update sends the radar in for rework, your remaining days are frozen and come back once it's working again. The status is updated on the product page, and the loader shows a yellow "Product suspended" dot next to the radar meanwhile.

Can I run it without a flash drive?

The SOFT HUB loader only starts from a flash drive. If you don't have a spare one, create a virtual drive in the free OSFMount tool and copy the file there.

Can my friends watch the radar too?

Yes. Send them the link the loader gives you after the radar starts. Anyone in the raid with you can use "View as" on their own marker, and distances and aim alerts are then calculated for them.

Can I move my settings to another device?

Yes. Settings export to an encrypted file and import on another PC or phone. You can reset a single tab or everything at once.
