Fix: check your antivirus and make sure the Visual C++ libraries are installed.

Hyper-V / WSL / VBS / HVCI components are enabled.

Fix: the launcher should disable them automatically (the window with the Fix button). If it does not, contact the developer to add automatic disabling to the launcher.

Virtualization is disabled in the BIOS.

Fix: enable virtualization (Intel VT-x / AMD-V) in the BIOS settings for the product to work correctly.

Not enough RAM to load the product.

Fix: close unused programs or reboot your PC.

Unsupported Windows version.

Fix: contact the developer and provide your full Windows version. As of writing, versions up to 26H2 are supported.

Sometimes your provider blocks access to the download page. Try opening it through a VPN or in a different browser.

If that doesn't help, contact support — the seller can re-upload a working link.

This is usually caused by the game's display mode or screen settings.

• Run the game in windowed or borderless windowed mode — the overlay can render incorrectly or not appear at all in exclusive fullscreen mode.
• Set your system display scaling to 100%.
• Make sure the resolution set in the game matches your screen resolution.

By default the menu opens and closes with the Insert key. Press it once the game has fully loaded — if the menu doesn't appear the first time, try pressing it again.

No, a license key is bound to a single computer's hardware ID (HWID). You can't use the same key on a different PC — you'll need a separate license for it.
